Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
Ensuring that there is a thorough understanding of the daily and weekly work schedules
Ensuring all staff meetings are attended if required
Ensuring that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
Ensuring that the correct uniform is worn neatly and cleanly at all times
Ensuring rubbish is removed as and when required
Ensuring that the laundry is sent out and collected when required
Ensuring that details of any accidents are reported to the head chef
On retrieval of all goods ensure that incoming stock is checked off against invoices and/or delivery notes
On retrieval of dairy, meat or any other high risk goods temperatures must be accurately noted and logged and given to either the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Shift pattern; Mon-Fri, 7:30am-16:00pm
