We are looking for a passionate individual Band 5 staff nurse to join the existing nursing team in Immunology and Allergy department within the LTHT at St James'.

The Immunology and Allergy team in Leeds is known as European centre for excellence in rare diseases.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a staff nurses to join and work alongside with the Multidisciplinary team in Immunology and Allergy department which consists of Day unit and outpatient clinics. The role will allow the successful individuals to gain experience in the assessment, care and management of patients with wide range of Immunology and Allergy conditions, as well as learning how to care and manage patients undergoing different diagnostic tests, therapeutic procedures including (SPT) Skin Prick Test for drug and Non Drugs, (IDT) Intradermal test, challenge test, administration of specialist oral drugs, specialist injection treatment via subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous infusions.
