Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our purpose is to disrupt and challenge traditional build and methods and to deliver safe and sustainable infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a Fibre Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing fibre activities on construction sites for fibre builds. Your Main responsibility as a Fibre supervisor will be to manage the day to day running of the project ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high quality.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage sub-contractors and their activity e.g. splicing, PIA sub ducting cabling & fibre blowing
  • Creating appropriate documentation on a weekly basis.
  • You will liaise with Highways and Local authorities to ensure everything is in place for the works.
  • Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive work environment
  • Promote accident reporting
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Train new employees in company standards and job duties
  • Update daily/weekly reports with achieved productivity
  • Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works
  • Regular status reviews on the project status

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
