L2i Limited is an award winning high-end Architectural Glazing Company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, highly organised & thorough Operations Assistant, to help our Operations Manager, in the day to day running of the department. Someone who has worked in this industry would be an advantage but not essential.
The role will suit an individual who can manage their own workload & can work under pressure to ensure all key deadlines are met.
Key Tasks will include:
- Support to Operations Manager
- Dealing with queries
- Answering the telephone
- Placing Glass orders
- Paint Orders
- Chasing Orders daily
- Creating Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Checking off orders from delivery notes and order confirmations
- Full management of the Warehouse Bar-Coding System
- ISO 9001 Support - Ensuring all forms/processes are used and kept to date within the department
- Liaise and manage Warehouse Assistant (direct report to Ops Assistant)
- Ad-hoc projects & tasks when required
Essential Requirements
IT literate with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook essential
Previous experience in an administrative or office / team support function
Possess excellent organisational skills and is able to prioritise effectively
Ability to resolve issues, take ownership & deliver tasks to their full conclusion
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
Must be able to work as part of a team & individually
Previous experience in the industry an advantage
Additional Information
Hours of work are 8am – 5pm (30 mins lunch)
21 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays & a contributory pension scheme
