Your new role


It's all about our people....You will be responsible for owning all the people systems and data to ensure legally compliant and accurate data management is in place. You will work alongside the People Services Manager to manage the People & Culture database and other people-based systems for a seamless user experience. You will co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide appropriate and timely reporting on people data.


What we look for:

  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to find the value in our people data and communicate this clearly to key stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Natural curiosity and determination to improve systems and processes.
  • Advanced level with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong experience with all Microsoft Applications (including Microsoft Forms, Power Automate & Power BI)
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR & Compliance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
