Production Manager
Commutable from Warrington, Liverpool, Chester, Northwich, Runcorn, Widnes and surrounding areas
Salary 40k-50k
KPS Selection are currently working with a rapidly expanding manufacturer in the North West. They currently have an opportunity for a Production Manager to join their management team across a several sites in the North West.
Duties will include
Supervision of a team up to 30 production and manufacturing staff
Training and development of all direct reports where required
Working closely with all areas of the manufacturing process to ensure that productivity is maximised
Working to daily KPI’s to ensure all business target are met within budget to the highest of quality. These include OTIF, Efficiency, Quality and Productivity
Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained
Skills/Experience
2-5 years relevant experience
Experience of Lean Manufacturing
Strong leadership and management experience
Health and Safety Experience
Good communication, Attention to detail and organisation skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
