Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a farming and contracting business looking to employ a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to work within a progressive farming system. The role will involve a large variety of tasks but typical duties would include seed bed preparation, crop establishment, rolling, spraying, fertilising, estate repairs, machinery maintenance, and loading lorries.
All operations are performed using modern machinery with GPS.
Arable experience is preferred and a full driving licence is required. This role will require someone who can take responsibility for a variety of arable tasks to provide excellent service to our customers.
There is the opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career in the industry with ongoing training provided. Option to start as soon as possible.
