Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Advert

We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to take on a customer focus role as a Performance & Operations Manager who will be working in collaboration with our customer at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will need to be visible to our customer across our sites. In particular, you will work closely with a number of different stakeholder groups across the Trust including senior clinicians and managers to ensure that a seamless end-to-end managed service is delivered to enable our customer to provide healthcare to their patients.


The role will be key to ensuring we achieve this through;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal staff, our customers and other key stakeholders
  • Managing cost improvement activities
  • Successful delivery of projects for our customer
  • Supporting monthly contractual meetings with our customer for your portfolio of Care groups.

  • An innovative problem solver who can analyse and present complex data to support solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
