Juice Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a professional services company based in Central Bristol.
The role will encompass a variety of client facing and internal duties, to provide an exceptional and professional approach to all given tasks.
You will be:
- Organising extensive and complex diary management across various time zones
- Scheduling meetings with management and coordination of multiple stakeholders
- Managing a number of projects across all levels of complexity
- Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)
- Liaising with senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Inputting new projects onto the system, ensuring all information is entered correctly
- Organising company wide and team social events
- Running and analysing reports on project progress
- Coordinating and analysing feedback and customer experience reports
- Attending external and internal meetings
You will have:
- Extensive EA/PA experience
- Deadline driven with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to manage complex diary covering various time zones
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits
- Salary - £30,000 - £45,000
