Role Overview & Responsibilities

JOHN PARKINSON AGENCY is a London-based photographic agency representing some of the biggest names in entertainment photography and art direction.

We are offering a full time position as a Photographic Agent. As such you will work alongside our talent roster, lead promotion and produce photoshoots.

AGENT RESPONSIBLITIES

• Talent diary management
• Producing photoshoots- location scouting, budgeting, negotiating rates, casting, arranging kit hire, logistics, preparing call sheets, etc.
• Finding contacts at agencies/magazines that we can promote into for our talent
• Running/overseeing interns on managing social media accounts
• Overseeing email marketing campaigns and social media/tracking the analytics of these promotional outlets to determine how well they perform and how we can better improve them
• Booking work for our talent roster. This includes email marketing to contacts, calling potential clients, and looking for alternative ways to contact clients and eventually book jobs. You'll send our talent's work out to clients and arrange meetings for them.
• Updating our website with new client work, and overseeing the digital presentation of the agency in coordination with the founder
• Managing invoicing and ensuring payments come in in a timely manner. Keeping an organized record of all jobs, invoices, payments and remittances.
• Competitive salary with options for commissions

5 DAYS/ WEEK
9:30AM - 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
