About the Role
<br>Reporting to the Admin & Program Manager, provide administrative support for all team operations across various workstreams. Updating trackers, process maps and manuals, purchasing on client system and daily engagement with various stakeholders and customers/ service users. Management of multiple inboxes and admin support for projects. Providing cover and support for the Admin & Program Manager and other workstreams.

Main
Duties of the Admin Assistant
<br>Process all incoming customer requests from initiation to completion
<br>Manage trackers and report on progress of all admin request types
<br>Providing SmartLocker support at Discovery Center site
<br>Process requests from within the FM community
<br>Providing cover, business continuity and support to A&PM
<br>Assist with the coordination of the Desktop Hardware Team requests
<br>Participate when required with the activities of the Desktop Hardware Team
<br>Process company purchases within client finance system
<br>Ensure continuous client satisfaction
<br>Bring innovative and efficient ideas to the account
<br>Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
<br>Receive and process client move requests
<br>Manage supporting suppliers (technology, furniture, etc.)
<br>Assist with supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement/disposal
<br>Assist with monthly D&I, Charity & Contract events
<br>Enhance own professional and personal skills

Two to three years of service management
<br>Excellent customer experience skills
<br>
Experience with in-house purchasing systems
<br>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
<br>Understanding of stakeholder and customer requirements
<br>Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
<br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
<br>Detail oriented
<br>Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
<br>Highly organized with strong analytical skills
<br>Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level
