About the Position

We are looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for users of our automated and manual trading environments, which include a mix of in-house and third party applications. This position sits within our IT Operations group, a team of Engineers who monitor and manage a mixed environment of Linux and Windows across a physical/virtual computing landscape spanning three continents. Our decisions have a real and immediate impact on our colleagues as they focus on their daily work.

  • Clear, concise, and empathetic verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the documentation of technical procedures and maintaining knowledge base articles for users and fellow Engineers
