About the Opportunity
The BEP Joint Venture project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants, carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the Box Encapsulation Project (BEP).
Security Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the BEP Delivery Team Joint Venture’s obligations under the Contract which relate to security. To take a risk based approach to the organisation and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources (including physical, personnel, document and IT Security) to maintain a safe and secure working environment whilst facilitating organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Experience of Implementing and maintaining an effective Data Protection regime to deliver the JV’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 or such other equivalent data protection legislation
- Experience of Implementing and maintaining an effective Export Control regime to deliver the JV’s compliance with the Export Control Order 2008 or such other equivalent export control legislation
- Implement and maintain an effective security regime to cover access, transmission, processing, storage and destruction of Sensitive Nuclear Information
- Provide security input into procurement activities and subcontracts including flow down of Security Aspects
- Identify and manage all Security Aspects of the BEP Delivery Team Joint Venture (JV) against the Contract and Contract SAL including all necessary safeguards to prevent unauthorised disclosure of Sensitive Nuclear Information (SNI).
