Job Summary

inGenius Productions is a creative events production company who deal with a variety of events both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a hardworking Event Production Assistant who is highly organised, motivated and a natural communicator. We would like someone who is passionate about all aspects of event management including logistics and production, you will be given the opportunity to work assisting the existing events team in delivering events.

We are currently offering a 6-month contract, starting in May, with the opportunity for a full-time position for the right candidate. Hours required: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00, although due to the nature of the business some evening and weekend work will be required. Our office is based in South-West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and booking of crew and transportation
  • Sourcing and purchasing equipment, props, materials etc as required
  • Supporting project managers
  • Office management to include ordering stationary, scanning, printing, binding documents, mood boards etc
  • Purchase orders, helping to arrange event install/strike logistics, couriers, deliveries/collections
  • Liaising with sub-contractors

Skills required:

  • A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Approachable, flexible, calm under pressure and decisive
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Computer literate, competent with all Microsoft packages, with a working knowledge of Photoshop being desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to an ever-changing and diverse environment/workload
  • Takes pride in their work with great attention to detail
  • Excellent approach to administration and organisation
  • A sense of humour is a must in what is often a high-pressure environment!

Job Type: Full-time initial 6-month contract

  • 10 hour shift
