We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Ibis and Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport.
We are looking for somebody who is full of energy, has a great personality and takes pride in giving great customer service whenever they can!
What will you be doing?
- Welcoming and serving guest both at the bar and restaurant facilities;
- Waitressing;
- Table and Bar cleaning and set up;
- Food running;
- Payment and cashier handling;
- Work with an enthusiastic team to deliver a smooth service;
- Providing brilliant customer service!
Work Experience
No previous work experience is mandatory, but the below skill set is preferred.
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexible regarding work schedules
