Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm (rota basis)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

Run by Telecom Acquisitions, this exciting role offers the opportunity to work in our Residential business and represent several major brands such as Home Telecom, Fleur Telecom, Weekly Broadband, Eclipse Broadband and many more.
We offer residential tenants’ flexible broadband, mobile sim, energy & Sky TV. We have supported over 150,000 homes across the UK on a monthly basis for their internet connectivity.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls from our existing customers who are potentially looking to close down their account and services
- Utilising systems and your own persuasive skills to influence customers to stay with us for their utilities
- This process could also involve upselling add on products to accompany the broadband service. Alongside Energy, SIMS & Sky TV
- Providing our customers with a high quality of service and knowledge to them at all times. Being an expert for the customer’s journey
