We are located within an easily commutable distance near Heathrow Airport with good transport connections within walking distance, including Hatton Cross Tube and Bus Station.
Duties include:
- Taking pride in the general maintenance of the property
- Act as the point of contact for all maintenance call outs when required
- Having an in-depth knowledge of the lay out and equipment in the hotel
- Keeping the property looking fresh with painting decorating assignments
- Complete all Preventative maintenance work as assigned by the maintenance manager
- Become a role model by observing all requirements under the Health Safety at Work Act
- Oversee contractors working onsite as and when required
- Conduct regular emergency procedure equipment checks
Our ideal candidate:
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character
- Good knowledge of basic handyman skills including Painting Decorating
- Previous experience within a hotel environment – preferred
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn new skills
