Role Overview & Responsibilities

Tele-appointer (TA) required to join our lively and expanding team

Branch based full and part time TA positions available – Croydon Branch

Flexible working patterns available;

§ Full time - Weekdays full time (Mon-Fri) – 09:00-17:00 (37.5hrs/wk)

This is a Tele-appointing role with a difference – no cold calling, team and individual incentives, monthly bonuses and an opportunity to join a dynamic, diverse and supportive team.

Pay:

Competitive package:£10.92 per hour with performance related uncapped monthly bonus scheme, OTE £23k+(fte) and great benefits package including Private Health Insurance (after 1 years’ service), Contributory Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Annual Leave (25 days + BHs), cycle to work scheme and free eye tests.

Alongside our TA centres in Nottingham, Leeds and Dundee we have branch based opportunities in our Croydon branch.

Who are we and what will I be doing?

Hidden Hearing is the premium provider of hearing aids in private hearing healthcare and has been established for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service and offer our services from our branches and visiting sites and also carry out home visits.

The purpose of the role is to book patient appointments for our Hearing Aid Dispensers based all over the UK and to maximise the number of appointments for each of the dispensers you are allocated to support.

What experience and skills do I need?

Previous experience or knowledge of the hearing care industry is not essential as full training will be given, but you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner. As many of our customers have some form of hearing loss, it is essential that you can speak English clearly.
  • The ability to positively influence call outcomes
  • A good working knowledge of IT (Microsoft Office packages)
  • The drive and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Good organisational skills

The ability to make a positive contribution to a lively and dynamic team environment, but equally be a self-starter.
