YOUR ROLE

• Join the Henkel Consumer Brands team to drive and implement our sustainability strategy androadmap
  
• Monitor and assess relevant sustainability challenges, understand stakeholder expectations towards HCB and leverage this knowledge to develop concepts and capabilities
  
• Work in close collaboration with the functions of HCB such as marketing, R&D, Sales and supply chain on the seamless integration of sustainability into our business
  
• Drive sustainable portfolio transformation by putting the consumer in the center of what we do and driving those insights up into the Global Sustainability tean
  
• Drive the implementation of our sustainability communication strategy by translating our strategy into tangible consumer language
  
• Work with partners in HCB and functions to facilitate alignment and support implementation of relevant initiatives
  
• Establish and manage relationships with relevant technical experts and sustainability professionals as needed to advance sustainability efforts
  
• Create a seamless ways of working with the Global Sustainability team

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration or Science with focus on sustainability (preferably)
  
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management with track record of developing brands with purpose and sustainable portfolio transformation
  
• Experience in developing compelling trade stories to bring our retailers onboard and create pilots
  
• Understanding of the relevance of sustainability for the different business processes and functions of a globally operating company
  
• Experience in working with an intercultural team and to act in an international matrix organization
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Personal passion for sustainable living and marketing related questions, independent solution concept development, innovation and technologies
  
• Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
  
• Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
