Pay

<br><b>Rates:</b> £9.50 per hour (unqualified)

<br><b>Hours :</b> Various shifts

What You'll Be Doing

<br><br>

The role will be working as a Surf Instructor as part of our

<br>Activity Team, delivering Surf Lessons to guests of all ages with varying levels of experience ensuring

<br>that all of our guests are reassured, engaged and excited about getting in the

<br>water. You will take your customer experience, from good to

<br>legendary! Ensuring perfect products with exceptional service every time, to

<br>ensure we create great memories that last a lifetime for our guests!

What We

<br>Would Like You To Bring

<br><br>

We are looking for a team player who has a

<br>strong love of the sea & a passion for teaching in a safe, fun &

<br>friendly environment, you will also have the following experience

<br>Hold a valid NBLQ, NARS beach lifeguard or water safety rescue qualifications (trained in surf rescue techniques – (qualifications can be gained through Haven if needed).

<br>Great customer service

<br>

Experience with surfing and paddle boarding

<br>

Experience with teaching/ coaching groups of up to 12/ different ages

<br>flexibility to work when needed. including weekends

<br><br>

You may

<br>come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Surf

<br>Instructor and grow into a Head of Activities & Leisure role … Either way
