Shift pattern: 10:00PM – 06:30AM Sun-Thursday

Pay: £20500 pa + up to £2400 performance/attendance bonus pa

Contract: Fixed-term (12 months)

About the job:

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our night team here at Broomhall Farm in Worcester. You will be working within a refrigerated environment picking and packing orders to customer requirements. You will:

· Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that correct dates are picked and are accurately documented for traceability purposes.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety, and food safety standards

· Maintain a polite and efficient service, for any colleague, customer, or visitor on site.

The successful candidate will:

· Be able to maintain concentration while working on repetitive tasks

· Have an eye for detail and accuracy

· Be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues

· Be happy to work within temperatures between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,500.00-£22,900.00 per year
