This is a fantastic role if you enjoy helping people and you thrive on delivering excellent customer service. You may already be an experienced library assistant or just starting out on your library career, but you will definitely need to have an interest in NHS libraries and want to support our staff and students with their knowledge and information needs.
This role is all about directly helping our library users with their queries and supporting their use of the library, it is also core to ensuring they get the information they need for their work and study quickly and efficiently.
