Role Overview & Responsibilities

The role

• Engaging with existing clients
• Maintaining and developing relationships
• Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross selling across the business.
• Understanding business cases, providing solutions to solve customer issues
• Working with the Product team to come up with new product ideas based on client feedback.

Skills

• Experience in Account Management essential
• Ability to confidently present both online and in person to at client presentations and events
• Previous experience of success in working in a sales team
• Ability to grasp and explain complex technical features in a friendly and understandable way
• Some travel is required to visit clients, attend events etc

Most of the work is in new markets so you’ll need to grasp new concepts, industries and ideas quickly.
