Role Overview & Responsibilities

Ref: 1478, Full-time Nanny – Live-out – East Dulwich (SE15)

A lovely family from East Dulwich are looking for a Nanny to look after their 5 year old girl (The baby will be 9 months old when job starts).

Their philosophy regarding childcare « A trusting, respectful, two-way relationship is paramount: we would welcome guidance and active input from the nanny, and equally would like someone who is open to feedback should the need arise. Ultimately we aspire to work as a team!

Key for us also is someone who will nurture our daughter’s development – both her intellectual curiosity and physical development – while gently setting good behavioural expectations and maintaining boundaries. »

Duties/Requirements:

– Nanny duties
– Focus on Child development and taking baby to playgroups ect…
– Making sure the child is always safe and happy
– Carrying out naptime routines
– Preparing milk, cleaning and sterilising bottles
– Changing nappies
– Prefer Urdu, Hindi, Swahili, Dutch or Spanish speaker
– Pet friendly (the family has 1 cat )
– Settled or pre-settled status (or right to work in the UK visa) needed
– Enhanced DBS check maximum one year old
– Valid first Aid certificate maximum three years old
– Original of all qualifications and certificates
– Minimum 2 years experiences with contactable references

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm
Salary offered: £ 13 – £15 net per hour (around £ 622 gross per week)
Start date: 31th August
Job end date: Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £650.00 per week
