We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s IT and Systems Team, as a QA Analyst. The role is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

This position plays a key role in encouraging proactive and early engagement with the wider team and business with the purpose of searching for, preventing, and eliminating defects throughout the SDLC.

Through providing subject matter expertise and guidance, the QA Analyst will ensure that business critical applications are fit for purpose and adhere to Flagship’s IT Strategy. This role will also include the mentoring and supporting of staff in testing procedures and tools; creation of and contributing to test plans; and formulating timely reports and documentation.

The successful candidate would be based at our King Street office in Norwich and would include some travel to other offices in and around East Anglia.

This role benefits from agile working, with an expectation to spend 2-3 days per week from the office.
