Your Role

As Senior Product Manager - Growth (m/f/x), you own the critical moment a visitor lands on finn.com and decides whether to choose a FINN car subscription. Leading our Onboarding and Shopping product team, you will shape how customers discover, compare, and select their ideal vehicle, turning top-of-funnel web traffic into loyal users through relentless experimentation and personalization. Your strategic vision and execution are core drivers in scaling our platform to over 100,000 active subscribers on the road.

Your Mission
  • Run a high-velocity experimentation engine: Embed conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing into the team's core operating rhythm, testing bold hypotheses fast and adapting product choices based on clean empirical data.

  • Architect a personalized discovery journey: Scale our digital shopping experience by building intelligent search, dynamic vehicle filtering, relevance ranking, and segment-aware user flows that deliver the right car to the right user.

  • Diagnose user friction points: Synthesize quantitative funnel signals from product analytics tools with qualitative depth from direct user interviews to build a prioritized roadmap targeting highest-leverage growth drops.

  • Define the top-of-funnel vision: Own the product strategy and execution for our onboarding ecosystem, aligning your team's tactical goals directly with FINN's overarching revenue and customer acquisition targets.

  • Foster high-performing cross-functional alignment: Champion transparent, precise communication to create seamless collaboration across engineering, design, data, marketing, brand, and pricing stakeholders.

  • Optimize for true commercial outcomes: Relentlessly focus on driving conversion lift, revenue expansion, and early-stage retention metrics over purely tracking completed features or engineering outputs.

  • Your Profile
    Must have:
  • Extensive growth product track record: Deep, proven experience in product management with a track record of owning scalable, customer-facing growth, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
  • Mastery of experimentation methodologies: Exceptional, demonstrable skill in designing, launching, and analyzing high-velocity A/B tests as a primary mechanism for validating product value and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Advanced data self-service capabilities: Highly analytical mindset with professional comfort in data exploration platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools) to independently pull data, build hypotheses, and challenge performance metrics.
  • Outcome-driven stakeholder management: Outstanding communication and alignment skills in English, backed by an entrepreneurial mindset that takes total end-to-end ownership of business outcomes.
  • Nice-to-have:

  • AI-native optimization frameworks: Proactive integration of modern AI tools within your daily discovery and engineering refinement routines to accelerate product delivery and analysis speed.
  • Dynamic digital subscription background: Direct experience navigating localized customer acquisition dynamics within rapidly scaling international subscription or high-consideration digital platforms.

  • WHY FINN
  • Shared Success (VSOP Equity Program): We win together. Through our Virtual Stock Option Program, you benefit directly from the long-term growth and success of FINN.
  • Fuel your Growth (1.500€ Development Budget): Standing still is not an option. With an annual development budget of 1.500€ for further training and seminars, you decide how you want to grow personally and professionally.
  • Family First (Childcare Subsidy & Flexibility): We support you and your family. Benefit from a monthly childcare subsidy, exclusive access to daycare spots in Munich, and maximum flexibility to balance work and family life stress-free.
  • Company Pension Scheme (bAV): We think about your future. FINN subsidizes your company pension plan with a strong employer contribution of 66%.
  • Experience our Product (25% Car Subscription Discount): Become a FINN driver yourself! You will receive a generous employee discount of 25% on your car subscription or can alternatively take advantage of our attractive bike leasing scheme.
  • Health & Mindset (Sports & Wellbeing): Your energy is our drive. Benefit from a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership for fitness and sports, as well as professional mental health support.
  • Munich Office Life: Barista-style coffee, matcha, and the legendary fruit basket await you at our modern headquarters in Munich. On top of that, there is a daily allowance for your lunch (lunch subsidy).
  • Team Spirit & Corporate Events: We are more than just colleagues. Whether it's summer events by the lake or simply a relaxed after-work drink. We celebrate our milestones together at regular team events.
