Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you organised and pro-active? Do you enjoy working with people?

We have a great opportunity for a warm and welcoming individual to join us in our Bath Studio.

At the heart of our Front of House team, you will be working with those who ensure the smooth and effective running of our Studio each day, providing plenty of hospitality and first class support to everyone you work with. No two days are the same in this role. Full of opportunities to learn office and business administration skills in a starting position, each day will provide new challenges and new people to work alongside.

You will have daily tasks to complete, including administrative and hands on support to the Studio Manager, Facilities Coordinator and Project Support Teams. You will also work closely with our Receptionist; meeting and greeting people, answering the phones and general front of house support. The role has responsibility for keeping our studio fully stocked with all the essentials we need, so would suit someone who loves to be organised and keep things tidy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, outgoing individual who thrives in a busy, multi-tasked environment.

Due to the nature of the role, it is fully office-based working from Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.

We are looking to interview as soon as possible, so if this position sounds of interest and your skill set matches our requirements please apply.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a host of benefits including:
  • Free lunch prepared by our in-house Chef (yes this is as amazing as it sounds!)
  • Fresh fruit and refreshments
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Mental Health support (we have a team of qualified Mental Health First Aiders)
  • Cylescheme
  • Option to purchase additional holiday through our salary sacrifice scheme
  • Christmas and Summer parties, and our Annual Away Day
  • CPD opportunities

We welcome applications from all members of the community and offer an inclusive and welcoming working environment.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are only able to respond to those applicants who have been shortlisted for interview. If you do not hear from us, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.

We appreciate you taking the time to apply, and wish you the best of luck with your application.
