We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This includes measuring, cutting, and joining materials, as well as reading blueprints and using power tools. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using carpenter's hand tools and power tools.
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20.00-£21.00 per hour
