Role Overview & Responsibilities
Fabrika is sampling and production studio that works with a range of luxury & slow fashion brands to realise their designs from concept to production
Fabrika was founded in 2016, and has recently expanded/ relocated to a larger studio in Greenwich Design District.
We specialise in working with silks, cottons, linens and soft tailoring. To apply you must be confident working across these fabrications and following print placement lays.
Responsibilities
-Sample cutting
-Production cutting
-Print placement
-Garment ratings (sampling + production)
-Fabric organisation
-Ownership of cutting table / area
-Creating new systems to ensure the cutting area is organised, fabric stocks and ratings are tracked.
-Reporting in to Studio Manager
Qualifications
-Must have experience working across the specified fabrics
-Must have experience in using a rotary cutting machine
-Must have worked with luxury brands in both sampling and productions
Production scales fairly small ranging from 10-200 units
-Must speak fluent english to communicate with Studio Manager
-English and Russian speaking- beneficial
