UX Designer

<br>What will you be doing?

<br>They are seeking a talented UX Designer to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with their product and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive customer engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include:

<br>Conducting user research to understand customer needs and preferences

<br>Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs

<br>Collaborating with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly

<br>Testing designs with users to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

<br>Continuously iterating on designs based on user feedback and data analysis

<br><br>

<b>Requirements:</b><br>

A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design

<br>Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering successful user-centered design solutions

<br>Come from a start up/scale up background

<br>Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

<br>Strong communication and collaboration skills

<br>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
