Role Overview & Responsibilities

<b>Overview:</b><br>

As part of our continuing support to our client, we are seeking to recruit a Data Controller, the position will be on a hybrid working basis, visiting the client’s facility in Belfast.

<br><br>

We are able to offer this position on a contract or permanent basis, the hourly rate/salary is negotiable and will be based on experience, seniority, etc. If working on a contract basis, it has been deemed to be inside IR35.

<br><br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>

Support for Data management activities, roles required are chair meetings, control data and process data.

<br><br>

Working closely with data manager taking day to day direction on priorities.

<br>Daily (or as required) meetings reviewing completed work and tasks ahead.

<br><br>

<b>Qualifications:</b><br>

Ideally a Bachelors degree in Engineering or other equivalent qualification

<br><br>

<b>Desired Skills:</b><br>

<b>We are looking for a team player with:</b><br>

Superior knowledge in Excel & Access database development and maintenance.

<br><br>

MS word, PowerPoint and MSP.

<br><br>

Must be motivated and keen to learn.

<br><br>

<b>Experience:</b><br>

Chairing meetings, validate function approval and expedite modifications approval, review and present requests to review meetings and submit to customer. Use tools set out depending on contract requirements.

<br><br>

Ensure changes are processed in accordance with the programme requirements and relevant approvals, as per client's methodology and processes.

<br><br>

Excel workbooks, ICMS, SAP

<br>Opentext – Eroom, GPLM, Windchill.

<br><br>

Awareness of Engineering procedures & Standard reports.

<br><br>

Software –Microsoft office applications, database management tools.
