Senior Document Controller

Equans is looking for a Senior Document Controller to join our team in Wath on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
Controls documentation, including maintenance of proper document registers for detailed engineering or construction engineering projects
Maintains specifically assigned project database/s
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and correct archiving
Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares documents for distribution
Controls circulation, ensuring that the latest revisions are communicated and distributed promptly to relevant site teams
Document quality checks in accordance with the Project’s control procedures and protocols
Performs versioning backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers
Prepares engineering project reports, as may be required
Responsible for meeting the needs of those requesting specific documents or documentation of a job or project

Who are we looking for?
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
IT literate – Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, Viewpoint
Worked in a similar related job/industry
Must be knowledgable with Fieldview and viewpoint
