• Job Description
  -Develop new data sources and insights to help drive customer support and fertiliser sales.
• Contribute to effective and improved end-end of data analysis and reporting functions
• Contribute to and lead new data analytics, including big data, modelling and algorithms to drive technical understanding and commercial value across the team.
• Contribute to strategic value and insights from agricultural data sources
• Deliver data needs to marketing, market intelligence and commercial functions
• Core delivery to agronomy and crop sciences.
• Liaise and deliver statistical support for all components of the SAM team.
• Contribute to and lead new data sources (spatial data, GIS, IoT etc) to add depth to existing knowledge and analysis.
• Contribute to effective data storage and retention (databasing etc).
• Support a knowledge resource and transfer service
• Support the Marketing team to develop appropriate commercial touch points and customer education products.

• Data analysis of environmental impacts and non-financial benefits of fertilisers.

• Qualifications
  -A university bachelor’s degree or master’s qualification in an appropriate agriculture/agronomy/soil science/data discipline
• Understanding of the agricultural community
• Experience of using a relevant coding language preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
• Ability to work in a small and multi-functioning team

• Additional Information
  -A valid UK country driving license is not required for this role
• This role may require a company medical assessment in line with the role requirements.
• A background screening application is also required for this role.
