Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a Flatshare specialised agency and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Agent.
As an Agent, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the often-complex process letting a room or flat. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to guide them through every step of the transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and help them find properties that meet their criteria.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations, inspections, and paperwork.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and communication throughout the process.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes, and use this knowledge to advise clients and make informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with other members of the team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
