Role Overview & Responsibilities

Crossroads Caring Scotland provides care and support to enable people to remain in their own home. We are nationally recognised for our quality of care and delivery across a wide variety of client groups.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers at our Lochaber Service which covers the Fort William area. If you are caring and compassionate and enjoy working directly with people, then this could be a great opportunity to join our highly respected team.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as basic and enhanced training is provided, as well as opportunities to work towards vocational qualifications.

A driving licence and use of a car is desirable. The ability to work flexibly is essential.

Successful candidates will be required to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for Adults/Children.

Salary: £10.90 per hour
