Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re working with a large integrated Creative Agency who are looking to add a Creative Library and Shoot Administrator to their team working on a major public sector organisation.

The Role

This role will see you reporting directly to the Film and Photography Manager. You will join the team primarily working to manage the administration of a high-profile client’s Creative Library database. You will categorise, edit and keyword photography and film content – making sure your colleagues have any access and advice required. You will provide efficient project document management, support film and photography briefing workflow and stay on top of file transfers on to the Creative server. The role is to work remotely with a requirement to visit offices once or twice per month based in Birmingham, Leeds and Bristol.

You

You’re an organised person with experience in project management, who can demonstrate an ability to work across multiple project deadlines, good organisation and communication skills. You have a solid understanding of photo editing in Photoshop, categorisation of files in Lightroom and processing footage in Premiere, as well as being able to work with data and with Microsoft Office programs. This role is a 12 month contract.
