Creative Document Specialist

We’re working with a leading global business, who are looking to add several Creative Document Specialist to their team, with various shift patterns available and remote working.

Our Client

A global business with offices around the world, they have their base in Manchester, though these roles are primarily remote working. Highly people focused with a welcoming and supportive environment.

Role

You’ll be supporting colleagues in offices around the world, creating, formatting and updating a wide range of presentations, training guides, posters and other collateral, strictly following house style and ensuring efficiency, accuracy and consistency.

Shift patterns available include –

• Sun to Wed 10pm-8am
• Sat to Tue 9pm-7am
• Mon to Fri 3pm -11pm

You

You will have previous artworking and design experience in digital and print using both MS Office (particularly strong skill needed in PowerPoint) and Adobe CC. You’ll be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and meticulous attention to in-house brand. You will need the ability to multi-task effectively and meet strict deadlines and time pressures while maintaining quality of production.
