Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for Junior Video Editor with experience of editing specifically for social media.

If you have a love for film this role will be very exciting for you. You will be working on a wide range of content for some of the most loved movie, TV and theatre brands in history.

Our client has created campaigns for more than 100 films, TV shows and consumer brand launches. Creating everything from short-form social content to long-form behind-the-scenes featurettes.

You will be a key member of their team, creating market-leading content across all of our clients. You will work closely with graphic designers, motion designers, the on-set production team and creative director.

Essential:

  • 1 - 2 years experience editing video for an entertainment or marketing agency or in-house.
  • Highly skilled in using Premiere Pro
  • Able to work within brand guidelines and turning around high-quality video quickly
  • Extremely organised, flexible and able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Creative flair and interest in creating groundbreaking, imaginative and surprising content
  • Passionate about pop-culture, TV and Film

Desirable:

  • Experience creating video content for a major entertainment brand
  • Experience localising content for global markets
  • Knowledge of After Effects
  • Experience shooting professionally, particularly using a C300, A7 or 5D
  • Experience cutting promos or trailers
  • A second language would be beneficial as we manage worldwide campaigns
