Role Overview & Responsibilities
Based at Main Street, Wheldrake YO19 6AB - competitive hourly rate, pension and benefits.
Part time hours: 16- 24 hour contracts available to include evenings, weekends and optional overtime.
As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial part in our business, helping to create an easy, enjoyable shopping experience by delivering attentive service and excellent store standards.
We look to you to deliver attentive, friendly and efficient service so every customer interaction contributes to a positive shopping experience as well; as supporting and developing colleagues to offer the same. You will be naturally attentive to customers’ needs acknowledging them with a smile, answering queries and suggesting products and services where appropriate.
Our stores sit at the heart of the local community they serve and our Sales Assistant are focused on the needs of the local community, promoting local community engagement and keeping up to date and involved with store and community communication.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.42-£10.50 per hour
