This post will be based in the in the West of the county, providing Child Psychotherapy to the Penzance and Redruth Locality Teams.

The successful applicant will be well supported in their development by senior Child Psychotherapists within the service. This will include the development of a set of individual competencies, agreed in consideration of their current level of experience and the step up to a Band 8a job description. Thanks to new investment, Cornwall CAMHS has expanded many of our teams and services continue to grow and develop. As a service, we are actively seeking to develop our therapeutic offer for children and young people, with exciting research taking place into how we can use our resource-rich natural environment to support our work.
