Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our client based in South Harrow . Our client specialises in steel fabrication, design, and installation.

This is a Monday to Friday role hours of work are 8am to 4pm, offering a salary up to 28K for the right person.

Role Summary:

Providing administrative support and proactive communication to ensure the delivery of our projects in a profitable way, on time and on budget with excellent customer service.

Assisting with the administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day running of the business.

Contributing to the continued improvement and development of yourself and the business.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Communicating with colleagues and clients to arrange the completion of works required.
  • HR - Processing timesheets / Data Entry
  • Engaging with and resolving inbound and outbound communication including telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Accurately purchasing products in line with company policies
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager and CCO with duties they may have.
  • Completing necessary administrative tasks to support the delivery of our projects and ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Communicating effectively with other areas of the business to ensure delivery of projects and support services
  • Contributing to problem solving and process improvements
  • Providing the best level of customer service
