Working alongside some of the brightest minds, you'll be tasked with seeking new business opportunities for retailers who are looking to embark on the journey of data monetisation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in market research, or data analytics industries and a track record of developing leads and strong relationships. Convert Group is leading the Data & Analytics Market Intelligence space in the global eCommerce and Omnichannel industry. With operations across Europe, Latin America & Asia, Convert Group is leveraging its AI-powered eRetail Suite platform along with an experienced Customer Success team to unlock the digital potential of Retailers and Manufacturers. The company boasts a rich portfolio of 15 out of the 20 biggest global FMCG & Consumer Healthcare firms such as L'Oréal, P&G, Unilever, Bayer, Haleon, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Coca-Cola Company, Henkel, Bayer, Beiersdorf, FrieslandCampina, Heineken, Barilla, Colgate Palmolive, Perrigo, Pierre Fabre and global retailers such as Ahold Delhaize, Carrefour and Rakuten.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Identify and approach new leads
- Use innovative prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Qualify leads and turn them into opportunities
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
- Prepare commercial documents and proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle to close new business opportunities
- 4-6 years of professional experience
- A proven track record of sales and achievement of sales targets.
- Experience retail or e-Commerce
- Work experience in Market Research or Data Analytics industries
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Self-Starter and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish, Italian, or French is considered a plus
