Panel Consultant (Administrator)–
Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract min 12 months

The Countrywide Panel Team are responsible for the delivery of the Countrywide Home Conveyancing proposition across Countrywide branches in England and Wales, the Scotland conveyancing proposition’ along with separate panels for Hamptons and John D wood branches.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of panel firms, ensuring that they are delivering service to the required standards, resolving any queries/escalations from branches and firms giving our introducers the confidence to increase volumes of conveyancing instructions.

Experience you have that will set you up for success:

  • You will have thrived and enjoyed working in fast paced, high performing, customer centric environments
  • A knowledge of the Conveyancing process will be beneficial
  • You can identify and solve problems and have a can do approach
  • You will know the importance of speaking to internal and external customers and reassuring them during what can be very stressful times
  • You will have the ability to change tasks or work activities as required coping with the need of a particular situation and can effectively handle ambiguous tasks and activities with guidance and support.

You will thrive on delivering excellence in everything you do.

Examples of what you will be doing – full training provided

  • Liaising with Estate Agents, Financial Services, clients and panel firms regarding property transactions.
  • Dealing with escalations and complaints regarding panel firms, both current and previous transactions.
  • Handling payments on the Countrywide Connect system e.g. sending payments to firms or moving funds.
