Old Ticket Office is looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our fab Kitchen team in Cambridge, Enjoy 50% discount on food and drink at all CPG sites, thats 43 total and growing with 8 right on your doorstep in Cambridge.

Located at Cambridge railway station, The Old Ticket Office is the perfect place to drink, eat, meet … or wait!

We have beautifully restored this charming old building and offer a very tempting all day menu to sit down and enjoy alongside a delicious range of craft beers, ciders, wines, soft drinks and spirits…… or for those on the move, we offer a ‘grab and go’ menu and beers from our bottle shop to take away.

  • Pay starting at £34,000 - £36, 000 per annum + tips, performance bonus & Monthly team sales bonus

What you’ll be doing as a Head Chef:

  • Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
  • Taking responsibility for stock, ordering, and GP
  • Overseeing day to day kitchen operations in a proactive and hands-on way
  • Leading a team of chefs and KPs, coaching and mentoring as necessary
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Following proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations
