Working primarily within the DOMO platform, you will be delving into data from multiple sources and regions to provide stakeholders with rich insight.
As a fast-expanding business, Cision will provide you with new data sources and formats to explore, standardise and create time-sensitive reporting on. You will also be required to use your skills to refactor and optimise existing transformation layers.
As well as helping to service users up to the C-Suite level, you will also have knowledge on data security, permission handling and governance to help us grow our data architecture in a sustainable and secure manner.
This is a maternity cover for approx, 9 months
Duties And Responsibilities
- Analysis of various data points, Develop and maintain reporting and metrics for the EMEA Product, Sales, Marketing and CX functions
- Understand the source data, ETL layer and output (dashboards & reports) to support stakeholder's in their decision making
- Use SQL/MySQL to build, maintain and optimise a large number of datasets and transforms
- Work closely with Commercial Analyst to identify data points and inputs needed to deliver data rich analysis
- Help continuously improve and act upon data, ensuring visibility and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and beyond
- Adapt and troubleshoot ETL as required to maintain consistency of reporting output
Essential Skills And Experience
- Degree in software engineering/computer science/Business Intelligence/Data Science/Advanced Analytics or a data related field
- 5+ years working in a data operations role or analytical position or business intelligence role
- Experience of working with mySQL/SQL and BI tools & Excel is essential, experience with Domo is a plus
- Experience of common Sales CRM such as Salesforce
- Great communication skills, team player, adaptability and organisation
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to drive quality on all projects
