The FP&A Manager is responsible for the consolidation of the financial results of the EMEA region and will provide insightful financial information to key stakeholders to drive profitable decision making and support the growth agenda within the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Consolidation of EMEA monthly reporting – providing commentary, variance & KPI analysis
- Lead monthly business review meetings with senior stakeholders and review and challenge drivers of performance.
- Input into the board report providing insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance.
- Own the planning and forecasting cycles for the region
- Delivering robust budgeting and forecasting processes utilising the systems to drive automation
- Oversee performance of 1 small region within EMEA.
- Ad hoc reporting on LOB’s (Lines of Business)
Essential Skills and Experience
- Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or overseas equivalent)
- Advanced Excel experience with knowledge of BI tools an advantage
- Detail conscious, with an ability to meet deadlines
- Be a clear and strong communicator
- Have a strong commercial awareness and experience in supporting senior leadership
