Support worker

About the role:

We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories inspiring others to join the social care sector.

From encouraging and supporting people with social activities, to providing physical and emotional care, you will help the people we support to feel safe, secure, and well rested, ensuring they are able to face the day ahead.
The people we support are a mixture of males and females who have a various degree of and a primary diagnosis of a learning and physical disability, Autism and/or mental health and which may include some challenging behaviours. All the people require different levels of personal care support.

A number of Supported Living Services, of which 4 comprise between 7-11 individual flats and 1 comprises of 4 flats, a communal space, large gardens. Support is provided 24 hours per day. Our services are based in Belmont and the Carshalton area of Sutton. The people we support have various degrees of a learning disability and/or mental health.

Hours:

There are a variety of hours and shifts available, from full, part time and casual positions.

Location:

We have a selection of services across London. The services in Southwark are all easy accessible by bus, train or car.
