Castelan Group is based in Weston-Super-Mare, just behind the Weston Train Station, with easy commuting routes and access to the town centre. The role is based on working Monday to Friday, a total of 12.5 hours a week between 06:30 and 09:00am.

Purpose of role:

To ensure the Companies offices Canteen and warehouse premises are kept in a clean and orderly condition

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a high quality cleaning service to include tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces. To act as key holder for the premises with responsibility for deactivating extruder alarms.
• Notify stock control when materials are running low so that they can be ordered centrally
• Ensure electrical equipment is used in accordance with manufacture guidelines, cleaning filters as required

Specification

• Previous cleaning experience including the safe use of chemicals and cleaning machinery desirable
• Understanding COSHH and material safety data sheets
• Demonstrated reliability
• Previous manual handling training and experience desirable but training will be given
• Able to work to cleaning schedule and deliver to a high standard
