Role Overview & Responsibilities

A position has become available within the Terminal Team at Cardiff Airport for the role of a Support Operative. The role is within a customer focused environment, working shifts covering a 24-hour period across seven days a week.

About the role

Reporting to the Terminal Operations Manager in providing an excellent standard of service to passengers. The role has a responsibility for maintaining excellence in terms of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the airport. Following enhanced cleaning procedures and upholding high standards of health and safety. You will be required to work collaboratively with other departments across the airport assisting in duties where required to do so. Full in-post training will be given.

About you

You will need to have excellent customer service skills and cleaning experience in a similar role, good physical health, a positive can-do attitude and a firm commitment to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion. Good interpersonal skills are essential and an ability to work without supervision ensuring initiative is shown in your working ethic.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check will be required.
