LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR

PRIVATE CLIENT DEPARTMENT

FAREHAM

SALARY UP TO £22,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join my clients Fareham based office in a busy varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrator To act as “Work Catcher” for the Private Client Department
  • To respond to all enquiries – by telephone, referrals, emails, post and clients personally attending the offices.
  • To provide quotes and preliminary advice on all Private Client matters – Will making, Probate, LPA / EPAs
  • To encourage callers seeking quotes for Will and other work to use the firm and “convert” the enquiry into a new instruction on a matter.
  • To field enquiries from other Departments and allocate where appropriate.
  • To arrange appointments as necessary, delegate to fee earners and book interview rooms for appointments at all offices.
  • To open files on the Case Management system in readiness for appointments and confirm to client requesting they forward any relevant documentation.
  • To locate Wills, Deeds and LPAs / EPAs for files and liaise with other offices for forwarding of documents held there.
  • To deal with any miscellaneous post and respond
  • Other administration as required.
